This option gives you the opportunity to have an EY-Essential
Technician guide you through the process of correctly configuring
EY-Essential to suit the needs of your Nursery.
We can guide you through the process by using remote PC connection
technology to ensure that all of your settings are entered correctly
at the set up stage
The original option - no contract with us, & support is provided through
a helpline, with qualified Engineers.
This option may be
more suitable for experienced PC users.
Calls to the helpline are charged at 75p per minute to cover the cost of providing support cover for the helpline. Call as little or as often as you need to.
