As a result of a number of requests for extended services for EY-Essential users, we are delighted to announce the following new support options:

This option gives you the opportunity to have an EY-Essential Technician guide you through the process of correctly configuring EY-Essential to suit the needs of your Nursery.

We can guide you through the process by using remote PC connection technology to ensure that all of your settings are entered correctly at the set up stage

This option provides you with ongoing telephone & remote based support with the Technical Support Team at EY-Essential. We can guide you through all of the aspects of the software & assist you in getting the most out of EY-Essential in your Nursery.


3 month contract -   £150 - £50 per month +VAT
6 month contract -   £240 - £40 per month +VAT
12 month contract - £420 - £35 per month +VAT

The original option - no contract with us, & support is provided through a helpline, with qualified Engineers.
This option may be more suitable for experienced PC users.

Calls to the helpline are charged at 75p per minute to cover the cost of providing support cover for the helpline. Call as little or as often as you need to.
